Order Pickup
Ordering pickup is simple and designed to be quick. Place your order via our Order Online page or call us on (07) 827 3993 during opening hours. Typical preparation time is 30–40 minutes, a little longer at peak times.
We’ll confirm an estimated ready time when you order. Park in our on-site carpark in Cambridge, Waikato, then collect from the counter inside; we don’t offer kerbside collection.
We pack hot items in vented containers to keep them crisp and secure fragile items to prevent spills. Most packaging is biodegradable. If you’re collecting a large order, allow a few extra minutes so we can check every item before you leave.
For changes or delays, ring us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and contactless. Split payments are available; allow extra time during peak periods. For any quality concerns, speak to the manager on duty or contact us at [email protected]

We handle remakes or refunds case by case. On public holidays a 1.5% surcharge applies; hours are otherwise the same as usual. This website remains the single source of truth for hours, menus, and pickup updates.
