Most decorations are fine, including balloons. Please use removable adhesives only and do not attach hooks or anything that could damage surfaces. Smoke machines and open flames are not permitted. We will arrange bump-in and bump-out times with you in advance.

Are you fully licensed and do you allow BYO?

For pickup, order by phone or in person; we will advise an estimated ready time. Typical preparation is 30–40 minutes, longer at peak. Collect from the counter inside. We do not offer curbside collection. For delivery, please order through our delivery partners’ apps, noting their coverage boundaries. We do not deliver alcohol.

Why do delivery app prices sometimes differ?

Delivery platforms charge service fees, and their pricing structures vary, so listed prices can differ from our in-venue menu. Prices may vary on delivery platforms.

Do you deliver alcohol with takeaway orders?

No. We do not deliver alcohol. Alcohol service is for dine-in guests within licence hours or for private events with any approved extended hours.

What happens in wet weather for outdoor bookings?

If the weather turns, we move outdoor bookings inside where space allows. If the restaurant is full, we will work with you on the best option available at the time. Let us know if you are bringing a dog so we can plan seating accordingly.

What is your cancellation and no-show approach?

Please cancel by phone or email as soon as your plans change so we can resell the table. We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees at present. For larger groups, early notice helps us rota staff and prepare the room.

How do you handle quality issues, remakes, or refunds?

Please speak to the manager on duty straight away or contact us by phone or email after your visit. We assess each case on its merits and will remake or refund when appropriate. For delivery issues, contact us promptly and, if possible, provide photos to help resolve third-party problems.

Where should we go for lost property?

If you think you left something here, contact us and describe the item. We store found items safely until claimed and you can collect them during opening hours.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. Please use the designated area outside and keep clear of doorways. The same rules apply during private events.

How quickly do you reply to email enquiries?

We aim to reply within 24 hours on trading days. For urgent same-day requests, calling during opening hours is fastest.

How far ahead should we enquire about extended-hours events?

Please reach out as early as possible. Late-night private functions can extend last food and drink orders to 10:00 pm, subject to a special licence from council, which requires lead time. We will advise the timeline and any steps needed when we discuss your event.
